The Brief

To develop a website that showcased the successes of the project. It could be content managed by people without the need of web development skills.

The Solution

The team put together a creative brief that incorporated the key messages that needed projected about the project. We undertook an inclusive process of requirement gathering that allowed us to understand these key messages:

• Advice was free, confidential and forever
• A trained Sirolli facilitator Claire Chang was contactable and meet on the clients terms
• The panel of 80 plus advisors would offer inpartial confidential advice

A website layout was developed that helped success stories from both panel members and clients to be showcased on the website. A bespoke design was implemented that encouraged the feeling of an aspirational and motivated team of voluntary community, residents and panel members was developed.
