The Brief
To develop a new identity representing the mechanical and electrical division of Aztec. A fresh, modern website design to match the personality of the business and the ability to visually showcase previous projects in a gallery. A strapline that captured the views of the business in one short phrase.
Solution:
Branding
The website color palette was chosen to match the company’s existing logo, made up of dark blues, greys and greens. A slideshow was incorporated on the front page to showcase photographs from recent projects and to highlight what Aztec M&E do best. The NICEIC logo needed to be placed in a prominent position on the front page to ensure potential customers were informed of Aztec’s credentials.
Web development
On review of competitor websites it was clear that Aztec M&E needed a visual way to represent their work; the website therefore includes a photo gallery for each project. Also included on the website is a contact form, visual photographic backgrounds for each page and search funtionality. The website has been built with SEO standards in mind and can be indexed easily by the search engines, increasing exposure and helping to promote Aztec M&E online.
